I’m here to walk you through the buying process, from offering resources like local lenders, home inspectors, designers, etc to filtering through the market and sending you properties that best match your search criteria and loan requirements. I will keep you in the loop and be here to answer any questions/solve problems along the way. Let me take the stress away so you can just focus on the excitement of your next adventure!
SELLING
Most agents have access to similar marketing tools: MLS, Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, etc. But what makes a big difference is how your property is featured and presented to the public. I work with you on marketing, benefits, and making sure the pictures capture your home in the best light. Your property will be on 500+ websites, social media, YouTube's virtual tour, a custom vanity website, etc.
Communication is key, which is why I follow up after showings and provide you feedback. I will send you regular listing reports so you can see how many views your property is getting online. These are just a few of the benefits I provide my sellers, and I hope to have the opportunity to discuss with you more specific to your property.

On a personal note, I grew up outside Chicago, IL and have lived in Southwest Missouri since 1999. I graduated from MSU with a Bachelor degree in Hospitality & Restaurant Administration. As the Area Recruiting Director with Wyndham Vacation Resorts, I staffed a site which sold $100+ million dollars annually. In 2009, I founded the Killuminati Foundation – a 501c3 non-profit organization providing vet assistance to families/dogs in need. Many think of me as Killuminati's "dog lady" – now you'll know me as "the house lady!"
And now the important stuff haha….I have two amazing dogs - Sicily is my Pitbull mix who has no sense of personal space haha. Jayda is my Shepherd/Sharpei who charms everyone. I'm also a diehard Chicago Bears fan - my male dogs are named after some of Da Bears' greats - IE Payton and Halas RIP.
